Are You Ready to Raid? (required info here)
We are allied with Guardians of Valor, Old Republic and Your Quest Log is Full - be sure to check them out and say hello when you see them.
We use Vent for raids, 5-mans, and questing. Please do not give out vent information unless you know them and are going to be on vent with them.
We use the website calendar for our raid/runs. The calendar page has instructions on how to signup and how to setup a raid/run. If you have any problems please get with Ameth in-game or send her a msg on the website for help.
This is our current ranking of SoI:
- Guild Master - There can be only one
- Co-GM- Just what it says (we help lessen the load)
- Crusader - Alts of Guild Master and Co-GMs
- Round Table- Officers of the guild and their Alts. First point of contact for members to seek advice, address concerns, request guild-specific assistance, shoot the proverbial "crudd". Whatever is needed, these folks can handle it!
- Knight Commander: Class Leaders
- Knight Champion - Loyal members of the guild
- Knight Captain - Members of the guild and their Alts. Members who have signed up on the website. These are the folks that make the world go 'round.
- Knight Errant - Members of the guild and their Alts. Members who have been in the guild for over a month but NOT signed up on the website. Still make the world go 'round but in a different direction...
- Pikeman - New members, this is a temporary transition point. Simply put, we need to know your gonna hang around and make the world go 'round. (M.I.A. -Members who have not been on longer than 1 month and after 4 months of absence w/o any notification will be removed from the guild.)
As of Dec 14, 2008, SoI will be using DKP. DKP will be based on the EPGP System: http://code.google.com/p/epgp/wiki/WhatIsEPGP_v2 Please read and familiarize yourself with all the DKP Rules/Information found in the DKP Rules & Info Forums.
Administered via the GuildLaunch website using the modified version of CT_RaidTracker. Raid slots will be determined based on a toons declared main spec and whether the character is a main or alt. DKP will be tracked on a by toon basis. This will serve to encourage players to focus on gearing one toon and not spreading gear around many alts. This should also deal with the main versus alt issue. In general mains should have a higher LP than alts.
Everyone who raids will have to declare their main and stick to that. A minimum one week notice is required when switching a main.
